We've been with AW Broadband for 10+ years, so we've essentially grown right alongside them. Recently AT&T installed fiber optic in our area, but instead of jumping ship for introductory offers, we called AW Broadband first. We visited with Dane, and he looked into our concerns immediately and truly took care of us. What stood out most is that he made us feel valued as longtime customers—so often it's new sign-ups who get all the attention, but AW Broadband treats their loyal folks right. We love that they're local, technical issues are always handled promptly, and you just can't beat local service. These folks have always taken great care of us, and we appreciate Dane and the rest of the crew!

Have had this for about 2 weeks now and honestly has been the worst internet ive ever used. If I try to play 2 tvs, the internet slows to a stop. Cant play games. Cant connect my phone. Ive had not a single day of decent internet since the beginning and im calling today to fix it hopefull they can or they're going down the 1 star Edit: I called and had a tech come out. I live near downtown smack dab in town basically center of thier service circle and cannot get signal my wifi is terrible. Really wanna give more stars because the tech and everyone I talked to so far has been amazing. Just the actual wifi is so bad its literally unusable. If my upload speed is completely fmdropped off then the wifi just isnt working at all. Have tried multiple routers and multiple different way to try and speed it up but nothing.

Great internet service ,and even better customer service. Thank you Robin Dennis in sales and tech Cory for the help today they went above and beyond to help a small business owner. I have never met anyone in sales face to face ,and for robin to make sure she was there to see everything was working as it should really speaks for it self. Called today to let them know I was going to end my services with them and I was switching to someone different. Wanita called to confirm with me and the first words from her was “do you know who you are going with?! You must be new to Amarillo!?” Then began to bash on the service provider I was switching to, Continued to tell me that they would leave a huge mess and id get poor customer support. I said like I’ve gotten with y’all? Because when AW broadband installed their equipment they left trash all over my yard from the fiber optic they ran, as well as broke my gate to the fence in the back yard, as well as ran their bucket truck over my septic and leach lines. Then she told me hopefully you get better service with them than we can give! ABSOLUTELY poor customer support with AW on several occasions. Internet works but they need new training for customer support workers

⭐ One Star – Absolute Trash Service I’ve had W Broadband for 11 months, and from day one the service has never once matched what they sold me. The internet is slow, unreliable, and I cannot use more than one device at a time without everything bogging down. That’s unacceptable in 2025, especially when this is being used for business. This has cost me time, money, and productivity for almost a YEAR. I have called, complained, and requested help repeatedly over the last 11 months. They’ve sent technicians out multiple times, acknowledged issues, and nothing has ever been fixed. The problems never change. What really blows my mind is this: They’ve had no problem charging me every single month, but the moment I get frustrated or raise my voice after being ignored for nearly a year, suddenly they want to threaten canceling my service instead of actually fixing it. So let me get this straight — You can sell me a service you don’t provide, fail to fix it for 11 months, take my money the entire time, and then act offended when I’m pissed about it?
